Husqvarna AB: Conversion of shares

STOCKHOLM--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regulatory News:

According to Husqvarna AB´s (STO:HUSQB) articles of association, owners of Class A shares have the right to have such shares converted to Class B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of votes in Husqvarna AB. When such a conversion has occurred, the company is obligated by the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments to disclose any such change.

In October 2012, at the request of shareholders, 71,552 Class A shares were converted to Class B shares. The total number of votes thereafter amounts to 172,563,530.

The total number of registered shares in the company amounts to 576,343,778 shares of which 127,699,058 are Class A shares and 448,644,720 are Class B shares.
