Nortek Names Don Moseley as Chief Human Resources Officer

PROVIDENCE, R.I., Nov. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Nortek, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTK), a global diversified company with leading brands and innovative, technology-driven products and solutions for residential and commercial applications, today announced that Don Moseley, 47, has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer. In this newly created position, Moseley will be responsible for designing a comprehensive talent management program and introducing best-in-class human resources practices across Nortek's businesses.

Moseley brings to Nortek more than 24 years of broad-based human resources experience, with the last 15 years in senior leadership roles. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources Operations and Transformation at Invensys, a $5 billion worldwide technology firm. Prior to joining Invensys in 2009, he spent 10 years at Cardinal Health in positions of increasing responsibility in talent management, organization development, operations and transformation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Augustana College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Lake Forest School of Management.
