Dirk Jungé Remains Chairman
JENKINTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Pitcairn Company announced today the appointment of its President, Leslie C. Voth, as Chief Executive Officer of this leading family office, succeeding Dirk Jungé, who continues as Chairman.
Voth, 55, a 19-year veteran of Pitcairn, was instrumental in implementing the firm’s industry-leading open architecture strategy and has spearheaded several operational changes that have contributed to the success of both the firm and its clients.
Jungé, a family office industry innovator and leader for 35 years, presided over an era of unprecedented change in the financial markets as well as the Pitcairn business model. He was the driving force behind the transformation of Pitcairn from a single family office into a national, multi-family office 25 years ago.

Voth was appointed to her previous position as president and COO in 2008, after having been a member of Pitcairn’s senior management team since 1996. She has been directly responsible for overall corporate planning and strategic growth, while overseeing all client relationships. She has played a key role in Pitcairn’s growth including advancement of the firm’s pioneering 100 percent open architecture investment platform, and development of a total wealth management strategy that is now utilized by the firm’s clients.
Prior to joining Pitcairn, Voth was vice president of the Meritor Financial Group for nine years. She is a graduate of Wheaton College, resides in the Philadelphia area, and is involved in many groups that support the arts.
