Perry Hewitt

Perry Hewitt works at the intersection of marketing and digital strategy and is passionate about leading high-performing teams to drive sustainable change and impact. Her focus is on bringing modern marketing to mission-driven organizations.

Hewitt's current and recent engagements include marketing and digital strategy at The Rockefeller Foundation, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and the Ballmer Group/USAFacts. Previously, as Harvard University's chief digital officer, she conceived and led digital strategy for marketing, communications and engagement for the general public, media and alumni. Hewitt also held marketing and strategy roles at firms including Crimson Hexagon, Razorfish and Lotus Development. She has consulted to media companies on digital product development and began her career in publishing at Houghton Mifflin.

Hewitt holds a number of leadership positions in organizations advancing marketing, technology and entrepreneurship. She is a board member of Junior Achievement U.S.A., a founding board member at The Marketing Society's New York City Hub, a Connect Council member at Glasswing AI Venture Capital and an advisor at the Harvard Business School's Digital Initiative. She advises students, start-ups and cultural institutions; she also writes and speaks on topics including digital transformation, product management, marketing content strategy and women in leadership.

She has lived and worked in Switzerland, Russia, the United Kingdom and Australia. She currently lives in New York City.
