New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the rate of coronavirus infections is doubling every three days in New York. A "troubling and astronomical" number of coronavirus cases have increased the urgency across the state for more hospital beds, he added, while speaking at a press conference at the Javits Center in New York.
