Andrew Leung, CFO and Executive Committee Member Hang Seng Bank 

Mr Andrew Leung is the Chief Financial Officer and a member of Executive Committee of Hang Seng Bank. He is also a Director of Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited and various subsidiaries in Hang Seng Group.

He joined Hang Seng in 1997, departed in 2006 and rejoined in July 2009. His past major positions in Hang Seng include Senior Manager and Deputy Head of Financial Control (1997-2001); Senior Manager of Corporate Bank (2001-2003); Senior Manager and Deputy Head of Greater China Business (2003-2005); Senior Manager and Deputy Head of China Business (2005-2006).

Leung is a professional accountant. He received a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree (Major in Management) and Master of Science in Electronic Commerce and Internet Computing from the University of Hong Kong; Bachelor of PRC Law from Peking University, PRC; Master of Science, Data processing from University of Ulster, UK.

Mr Leung also currently holds the following appointment:
