As CFO at Lyft, Brian oversees the Finance, Strategic Partnerships and Data Analytics organizations. He has more than 20 years of experience in senior executive roles at Walmart and Microsoft, as well as in investment banking as Senior Managing Director at Evercore.

While at Walmart, Brian oversaw a dozen acquisitions to expand @WalmartLabs and executed a milestone transaction to launch Walmart's e-commerce efforts in China. Throughout his career, he has advised on over 100 strategic investments, acquisitions, and IPOs. Brian received his bachelor's degree in economics at UC Berkeley and his MBA from Harvard University.
