Hideki Kikuyama serves as Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer for Japan Airlines.

Kikuyama joined Japan Airlines in 1983 in department of IT systems, he successively engaged in passenger reservations at Osaka branch, Human Resource Management department and Labor department at the company's head office.

In 2005, Kikuyama was promoted as General Manager of the General Affairs Department in the American Region, and in 2007 he returned to Japan as the General Manager of the Corporate Planning Department. Throughout his career, Kikuyama has displayed great leadership skills to strategically plan and execute actions for the company.

In 2010, Kikuyama was appointed as an Executive Officer, and since 2016, he has made key contributions to maximize the company's profits as a Senior Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Route Marketing.

Currently, Kikuyama is a Senior Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Finance & Accounting. In this role, he discloses highly transparent information for shareholders and investors, while exercising proper management decisions.

Kikuyama graduated from the University of Tokyo in Bunkyo with a Bachelor of Law.
