Mustafa Tercan is the chief financial officer of Yildiz Holding Group, which owns Godiva, United Biscuits, Ulker and others. Prior to this position, from 2005–2010, he served as partner in RSM Bentley Jennison, one of the most well-known international internal audit and risk management firms in the world. There, he provided financial advisory services to the largest holdings and quoted companies, particularly in areas such as reorganization, improvement of profitability and productivity. From 2002–2005, Tercan served as senior manager at Deloitte Turkey, participating in the audit and due diligence projects of the biggest financial and industrial institutions in that country. From 2000-2002, he was a senior manager at Deloitte UK and prior to that a senior auditor at Deloitte Turkey.
Tercan graduated from the faculty of political sciences, Ankara University, Turkey.
