Lloyd joined Experian in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, bringing with him deep financial knowledge and experience, built up through a career working in complex, change-oriented, global organisations. Experian is a FTSE 100 Global Information Services company, operating in 39 countries with 17,000 employees.

Before Experian, Lloyd served as the Chief Financial Officer of Intertek Group plc from 2010 to 2014. Intertek is a FTSE 100 Global leader in the provision of quality and safety services operating in 110 countries with 35,000 employees.

Before joining Intertek, Lloyd spent ten years at BG Group plc, a FTSE 100 Global Oil and Gas company where he held various senior finance positions, including Group Financial Controller, and seven years at Mobil Oil in financial and commercial roles.

Lloyd is a Chartered Management Accountant. He graduated with an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, and a BA degree in Business Studies with honours from Birmingham City University.

Lloyd has also been a non-executive director and chairman of the Audit Committee at Bunzl plc, a FTSE 100 global distribution and services group, since 2017.
