Mikhail Khardikov was appointed Chief Financial Officer of En+ Group in 2018. His role includes responsibility for finance, tax, treasury and supervision of budget and reporting and consolidation of subdivisions.

Mikhail Khardikov joined the Company's EuroSibEnergo subsidiary in November 2010 as Investor Relations Director and then served as Corporate Finance Director from December 2012 until June 2014. In July 2014, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of EuroSibEnergo and in November 2018 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of EuroSibEnergo.

Prior to joining EuroSibEnergo, Mr Khardikov served in senior positions at Bashkirenergo JSC, OGK-3 JSC, HC Metalloinvest JSC and COALCO LLC.

Mr Khardikov, PhD, graduated in Management from the Tomsk State University in 2003, then, in 2007, completed a program in Strategic Management at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. In 2009, he also completed the Economy and State Regulation of Economy program.
