Pål Kildemo has quickly climbed Hydro's ladder since joining the company in 2008. At age 34, he became one of the youngest CFO's among the largest stock-listed companies in Norway. Hydro currently has 35.000 employees in 40 countries.

Starting as an energy trainee Kildemo was promoted to Head of Investor Relations in 2013, before assuming key management roles in Primary Metals, including acting EVP. He is a part of the top management team and reports directly to CEO Hilde Merete Aasheim.

Kildemo holds an M.A. in Economics and Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
