Robert Funck is Abbott's Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. He was appointed to this role in March 2020. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Controller.


He joined Abbott in 1987 and has since held a number of financial management positions including Vice President, Controller; Vice President, Internal Audit; Vice President, Treasurer; and Divisional Vice President and Controller in Abbott's pharmaceutical business.

Prior to joining Abbott, Bob worked as part of the audit group for KPMG and was a Certified Public Accountant.

He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Ambrose University.
