Sen. Tim Kaine says he's hopeful for a stimulus deal after the election

"If President Trump wins, he doesn't want to go into Inauguration Day with everything collapsing," Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) told CNBC's "Squawk Box" Friday. He added Senate Republicans may be willing to compromise with Democrats if Biden wins because they won't "need to worry so much about what the White House thinks."
