Prior to this appointment, Mr. Collier was Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. He has also served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. Mr. Collier joined Flex through the acquisition of The Dii Group, Inc., where he held the position of Corporate Controller. Mr. Collier previously worked for KPMG and is a certified public accountant.
Mr. Collier holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
