Joseph J. Wolk (Joe) is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Johnson & Johnson. Joe serves as a member of the Company's Executive Committee and has responsibility for financial and investor relations activities, as well as the Company's procurement organization. He assumed his current position in July 2018 and has been with Johnson & Johnson for 20 years.
Joe was most recently the Vice President of Investor Relations for Johnson & Johnson. In that position, Joe quickly developed relationships with the investment community and has a deep understanding of the many facets of Johnson & Johnson. During Joe's time leading Investor Relations, the function was continuously recognized as one of the industry's best, as awarded by Institutional Investor. As a leader focused on the values of Johnson & Johnson, he continued to build upon his strong track record of people and organizational development.
Prior to Investor Relations, Joe held many senior roles in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Supply Chain. He served as Vice President of Finance for the Pharmaceuticals Group, Vice President of Finance for the Medical Devices Global Supply Chain, and as Chief Financial Officer of the North America Pharmaceuticals Group, responsible for Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc., as well as U.S. Pricing Strategy and Compliance. In these roles, Joe consistently developed superior results and prioritized Credo-based people development. Joe joined Johnson & Johnson in 1998.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. Joseph's University, where he currently serves on the Haub School of Business Board of Visitors, and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA
